Over her impressive 30-year tenure, she has navigated every facet of the enterprise: from New Business and Trading to Commissions, Compliance, Recruiting, and Licensing. Presently, Rhonda oversees advisor relations, human resources, financials, recruiting, and transitioning. As our esteemed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Rhonda cherishes the opportunity to engage with advisors in their natural settings through regular visits. Beyond her professional realm, Rhonda relishes moments with her adult children, Travis and Tina, indulging in hobbies like biking, reading, following reality television, and embracing weekly adventures.
