Ava joined Harbour in September, marking her three-year anniversary with the company. Initially hired as an Operations Assistant and part-time receptionist, her responsibilities expanded significantly with the introduction of Atlas. Transitioning into the role of Atlas’s primary contact and system trainer, Ava is presently undergoing training to become a certified Salesforce Administrator, enabling her to enact direct changes within Atlas for Harbour.
A proud Indiana native and Purdue University alumna, Ava graduated in 2019 with a BA in Law and Society, complemented by minors in Forensics and Anthropology. She is on the verge of attaining her Salesforce Administration Certification, a credential that will empower her to enhance Atlas’s functionality. Ava’s liking for problem-solving aligns seamlessly with the ongoing development of Atlas, and she thrives in collaborative environments, whether troubleshooting system issues, conducting training sessions, or engaging in discussions at conferences.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ava cherishes time spent with her family in Chicago and enjoys the company of her two cats and girlfriend, Emily, in Madison. An enthusiastic consumer of true crime podcasts, avid gamer, and dedicated crossword solver, Ava also appreciates exploring local eateries in downtown Madison.
Among her cherished memories at Harbour, Ava fondly recalls the Support Staff Conference, where she had the opportunity to connect face-to-face with colleagues she interacts with daily. The event provided valuable insights into their practices and fostered engaging discussions about Atlas and its ongoing development.
