This month, Rhonda Meyer, our Senior Vice President, attended two conferences on behalf of Harbour Investments. First, she attended First Trust’s “Insight Forum” held in Austin, Texas on October 13th. This conference is for advisors which they host about 40 times a year. Rhonda had a unique perspective being from the back office. They provided a day full of informative seminars put on by First Trust executives, economists, and strategists. She highly recommends our advisors attend this conference if given the opportunity in the future.
Her second conference was a round table called “The New Age of Marketing” hosted by Beacon Strategies, LLC in Denver Colorado October 19th through 21st. This conference brought together home office staff from 18 firms of various sizes to discuss their marketing strategies and overall operations. Sycamore was a sponsor of this conference; it was great for Rhonda to spend extra time with their representatives as well as network with other broker/dealers.
