Aaron headed out west to Arizona for a few events!
First stop was Camelback Wealth Consultants in Phoenix, AZ – Mark Herding’s office. They moved to a new office this year and did a remodel, it was great for Aaron to see it in person. Along with an office visit, Aaron attended Mark’s client appreciation picnic at a local park.
Ironically, at the same time Aaron was in AZ, another Harbour advisor, Jamie Eklov with J. Eklov Wealth Management from La Crosse, WI was in Arizona visiting clients. Aaron and Jamie were able to get a round of golf in together with beautiful views of the Camelback Mountain in the background.
The last leg of Aaron’s trip was a succession planning event Harbour hosted at Topgolf. This was the first time we hosted our own succession planning event, and we plan to host more in the future. Our goal is to help not just older advisors with their succession plan for retirement, but we also hope to help younger advisors looking to acquire other practices. It was a great turnout of 6 advisors and 12 wholesalers in attendance! Even Neal Thompson with Thompson Wealth Management, another one of Harbour’s Arizona advisors came by.
