Virtual Link: Our virtual conference will be held on Zoom again this year.
Please register BEFORE the conference using the link below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Zoom with a calendar invite. You will be asked for your name and Harbour email/DBA email when you join.
You will log in at the beginning of the day and use that logged in session for the full day – no need to sign out and back in for different sessions. Remember you must be watching individually on your own computer this year, not as a group per FINRA regulations.

We’re only a few days away from Harbour’s Annual Conference at the Brookfield Conference Center, and we’re excited to welcome you! As we get closer, we wanted to share a few last-minute details to help everything run smoothly.
Registration
To help avoid the Monday morning rush, early registration will be available Sunday evening from 6:00–8:00PM in both hotel lobbies.
On Monday, registration will open at 8AM in the atrium of the conference center. You do NOT need to bring your Eventbrite ticket.
Agenda & Schedule
Optional tech sessions will begin at 8:30AM Monday, with lunch available starting at 11:30AM. The conference officially kicks off at 12:30PM.
- Monday: Optional tech sessions at 8:30 AM; mandatory conference sessions from 12:30–4:30PM
- Tuesday: Mandatory sessions from 8:30AM–4:15PM
Venue Map
Most of the conference activities will take place at the Brookfield Conference Center. A venue map will be included in your program.
Dress Code
Business casual is recommended throughout the conference. Meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels can vary, so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket if you tend to get cold.
Monday evening’s Awards Dinner will be a bit more formal, while Tuesday evening’s event will be more casual.
Lanyards & Name Tags
Please remember to wear your Harbour lanyard and name tag at all times during the event, including Tuesday’s WhirlyBall outing.
This helps venue staff easily identify you as part of the Harbour event and ensures you receive the appropriate meals, drinks, and other services. There are other events taking place, so having your lanyard visible will be especially helpful.
Networking Opportunities
We’ve heard from attendees that more networking opportunities are always welcome, so we’ve built a few more into this year’s conference!
New this year: We’ll be introducing Networking Bingo on Tuesday afternoon. Be sure to listen closely to the end-of-day announcements on Tuesday for more details on how to participate.
You’ll also have more time to connect with others through longer breaks and table topics during meals. We have many first-time attendees joining us this year, so we encourage everyone to introduce yourself, strike up a conversation, and help make them feel welcome!
We hope you’ll take advantage of these opportunities to connect with colleagues, meet someone new, and make the most of your time at the conference.

We are reaching out to everyone at Harbour who uses a Smarsh-hosted email account. Currently, the process for resetting passwords is very manual and requires contacting the Harbour back office. To make this process more efficient, we are compiling users’ alternative email addresses and mobile phone numbers and adding them to Smarsh.

Black Diamond access is now available for all Harbour advisors and support teams. Login invitations were emailed Thursday afternoon from “Harbour Investments, Inc.” (noreply@bdreporting.com) and include a personalized link (expires in seven days; new invitations can be issued if needed).
After logging in, please review the training resources within Black Diamond and visit the Harbour website under Training & Resources → Black Diamond for onboarding guidance, pricing, integrations, and FAQs. Town hall–style training sessions will be announced soon.
