As we plan our Tuesday Support Staff calls for 2026, we’d love to hear your feedback. Your input will help us shape future topics and ensure these sessions are useful, relevant, and supportive of your day-to-day work.

We’re excited to partner with Hekab Be for Harbour’s 2026 Annual Awards Trip charitable giving initiative. Nick and Harbour will match the first $7,500 raised—so your donation will double its impact.

Hekab Be Biblioteca & Activity Center is located in Akumal. The name “Hekab Be,” meaning Open Road in Mayan, reflects their mission to create open pathways for learning, discovery, and brighter futures.

Hekab Be offers free after-school and summer programs for local children, with instruction in English, music, art, Maya culture and language, natural science, physical education, math, and environmental education. Their goal is to keep children engaged in learning while exposing them to new opportunities and encouraging them to stay in school.

The organization does not receive local, state, or government funding and relies entirely on donations. Your contribution will help cover the annual salary of one of their valued teachers.

Headshots
Our photographer is finalizing headshots and event photos, which should be ready by mid-October. We’ll send them directly to the individuals once received.

Recordings/Post Conference Material
You can already access some post-conference materials [HERE]. A few items are still pending compliance approval, and we’ll add them as soon as they’re ready. We’ll also send an update when session recordings become available.

Club Member Reimbursements
Hotel room reimbursements for club members will be processed with next week’s commissions.

Person of the Year

Peer Mentoring Groups
We’re forming new groups for 2026! If you’d like to join, please complete this application so we can match you with the group that best fits your goals. The only investment is your time—the benefits are endless. Applications are due by Friday, October 24th, and groups will be formed in November. All responses are confidential and will only be used for group placement.

Interest in the 2027 Avalon Waterways Danube Dreams Cruise has been incredible, and cabins are filling quickly! If you’ve already expressed interest, we’ll be reaching out soon to confirm your commitment and room preference.
