Most advisors come to Harbour because they are looking for an alternative to the large firms like LPL, where they often feel like a number rather than a partner.  What draws them in is the combination of true independence and real partnership. They can run their business their way, with the support they need behind them.  Then they see the economics. No platform fees on RIA accounts and no direct account fees. In most cases, advisors take home more and their clients save as well.  But the reason they stay is the culture. This is a relationship-driven firm. Many of our advisors are close friends, and all advisors know they can call the president of the firm at any time, even nights or weekends, and I will answer. That level of trust and accessibility is hard to find elsewhere.
